Summary of my life: GEEK GEEK GEEK! (And it's a lot of fun.)

I'm a huge nerd; I wouldn't have it any other way. I was accepted by Oxford University to study Biological Sciences as my undergraduate degree, and spent three years living and learning in England. It's always so beautiful in Oxford (even when the weather is terrible), and I was so lucky to be able to pursue my life's dream there. Now I'm eight time zones away in California, tackling a biomedical PhD. Talk about a change of scenery...

I have a wide variety of interests (as you can clearly see from my interests area), and I'm always ready to try new things.

My lovely default icon was made for me by my childhood friend [info]laurelin_kit. The banner for [info]our_resistance is also her work. Needless to say, she's a Photoshop goddess.
